On reservation, we will be happy to make you discover or rediscover the riches of our Alsatian culinary specialties and we offer you our table d'hôtes (except Sunday) From Monday to Thursday inclusive we offer you a menu: main course + dessert or cheese at the price of 21€ On Fridays and Saturdays we offer a menu: appetizer, starter, main course, cheese, dessert at the price of 29€ (excluding wine) (Some menus such as sauerkraut or the very hearty baeckeofe are offered without starter) Our cuisine is traditional, sometimes revisited and always refined, our menus are homemade and made from fresh, local and organic products as often as possible (Sauerkraut, Baeckeofe, Schiefele, Grumbeerekiechles, Grumbeeresalade, Riesling pie, Flammekueche, Wädele, Black pudding with apples, Pot au feu, and many other generous and gourmet dishes).
